Well, there are four positions for the trainee of connect cultures. Then Audi is selecting for each position, doing interviews and then those who pass, audi invites them to the assessment center that is carried out later with all those selected from the interviews. After that there are only those who really get the job.

yes. But from the interview they are going to choose two per position/trainee, and these two are going to the Assessment Center. At the end only one is going to get the position

yes. But from the interview they are going to choose two per position/trainee, and these two are going to the Assessment Center. At the end only one is going to get the position

Oh more stressful. But judging candidates based on HR Interview for technical position is not effective way IMO.

The skype interview I had last week lasted about an hour. Four people including me, the HR and two from the targeted department.
First, they asked me about my experiences related to the position I applied for, what I did and the challenges I had encountered during that time. Then it came to the motivation stuff, and common interview questions regarding ur personality like how u get along with your coworkers who are from different countries, something like that. No other technical questions were asked expect ur personal experiences like ur internship and ur thesis.
That's it.
Don't worry, it's not difficult.

The skype interview I had last week lasted about an hour. Four people including me, the HR and two from the targeted department.
First, they asked me about my experiences related to the position I applied for, what I did and the challenges I had encountered during that time. Then it came to the motivation stuff, and common interview questions regarding ur personality like how u get along with your coworkers who are from different countries, something like that. No other technical questions were asked expect ur personal experiences like ur internship and ur thesis.
That's it.
Don't worry, it's not difficult.

Yep, I'm having a skype interview this week. U too?

Pretty solid profile. I have similar degrees but I don't have experience with calibration. Where did you study and from???

So now I See 3-4 people got call for Gasoline Engine Calibration. What is your profile??

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and master's in automotive engineering (not finished yet...lol), and one internship related to calibration stuff. What is yours?

What happened to your interview?? Share your experience :)

The skype interview I had last week lasted about an hour. Four people including me, the HR and two from the targeted department.
First, they asked me about my experiences related to the position I applied for, what I did and the challenges I had encountered during that time. Then it came to the motivation stuff, and common interview questions regarding ur personality like how u get along with your coworkers who are from different countries, something like that. No other technical questions were asked expect ur personal experiences like ur internship and ur thesis.
That's it.
Don't worry, it's not difficult.

Sunds exciting. Do you have video interview with all 3 people?? Or just with HR and other two on telephone?? What outfit did you use?? Do you think suit will be overdress for technical position???

I wore a suit because I think it's necessary even for a skype interview just to show you take it seriously. But I was not sure if they could see me since the skype went wrong somehow

they told me that they will inform this week. The date for AC is 18th march

Yeah.. But they mentioned me the AC date even in there initial call when before interview. Rather they called me twice. First was for telling me that there will be skype interview and just after few minutes got second call that AC is on 18th march and were asking my availability.
So i dont know what will happen in future but this information they gave me.

We were all together on skype for the interview.
It went wrong in the beginning. I can't hear them, but after few mins it worked fine again.
I can't see them on skype, probably they don't have cams.

So nobody got an answer? I really want to know if I am in :'(

We were all together on skype for the interview.

So you are saying that they can see you but you can't see them?? It must be weird to look at blank screen or camera lol.... So it is more like audio interview buy in suit...

Sad to hear that. Don't be sad, you will have another better opportunity (maybe full time job). I wish you all good luck for your future. by the way, actually the person who called me first is different from the person who called me second this week. Of course for postponing the inteview. I think she is on vacation because I sent her an email and I become an automated reply telling me that she is back on the 2nd March.
I also just reviewed other forums and it seems to be an automatic response from the audi page after a certain number of days. Exact 90 days have passed since I applied.

We all have been there at some point. I use Berufliche instead of professional most of the times during conevrsation. My english skills are dropped since I came here :) Lol

I find it strange that many have not had the interview and this person has received the invitation. I don't think it's legit

I think now all interviews were done. Let's wait for feedback. Hopefully by tomorrow or by next week.
