Trainee (m/f) Human Resources Rastatt plant
Tasks
HRM/C is responsible for all operational Human Resources activities, both national and international, in the Compact Car division. We act as a business partner providing professional services and efficient processes for the dynamically growing business units within the Rastatt plant and all over the world for the Compact Car Competence Center.
Your tasks include:
- Planning the business units' needs and analyzing the data provided by the HR systems to ensure that human resources are deployed efficiently and economically
- Choosing and providing the most appropriate HR activities in accordance with Daimler HR policies and guidelines, cost considerations and labor and social legislation, taking into account the site-specific regulatory framework
- Attracting and recruiting automotive talents from all over the world on a customer-oriented basis and in an international context (Hungary, China, Mexico) to ensure a high level of performance in the Compact Cars network
- Carrying out trouble management, conflict mediation and negotiations with the works council; ensuring that the principle of diversity is applied and further developed within all measures taken
- Devising initiatives to improve and optimize business processes, developing concepts and leading international projects, providing optimum support for the Compact Cars growth strategy.
Qualifications
For the international trainee program CAReer we expect:
- A solid university degree (ideally master's degree)
- First professional work experience (18 months obligatory with a bachelors degree)
- Excellent study results
- Several months of work experience abroad
- Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge in German
Furthermore for this position you should have the following qualifications:
- You have completed or are about to complete a degree in business & economics, business studies, international management, psychology, law, social sciences, economics, or industrial engineering
- A major in human resources, organization, labor law, risk management, or supply chain management is preferred
- Preferably you have an internship or vocational in human resources
- Conversational language skills in spanish
